Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access the website, Netlify automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits, such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website securely and reliably and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website.
Netlify may process data in the United States. Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and data transfers are additionally safeguarded by a data processing agreement including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information is available in Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
Contact form
When you submit an inquiry, we process your name, email address, company (if supplied) and message solely to respond to your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual inquiries or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other legitimate business correspondence, as applicable.
Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider Netlify (see "Hosting and server logs" above) using its form-handling service, which also screens submissions for spam. Your inquiry is then forwarded to our business mailbox by email. We delete your data once your request has been fully handled and there is no further need to retain it, unless statutory retention obligations (for example under commercial or tax law) require longer storage.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and it does not load any external fonts or scripts from third parties.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data (Art. 15), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
